At Beadexa, we are committed to providing reliable hearing assistance products and a dependable customer experience.

We understand that hearing aids are an important part of everyday life. That is why we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-Month Limited Warranty on eligible hearing aids purchased directly from our official website.

This Warranty Policy explains our warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, claim procedures, and available remedies.

If you need assistance with your Beadexa hearing aids, please contact our customer support team at beadexashop@gmail.com.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Beadexa provides a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the original date of delivery.

This warranty applies to eligible Beadexa hearing aids purchased directly from our official website.

During the warranty period, Beadexa will provide an appropriate remedy for products determined to have a covered manufacturing defect.

Depending on the nature of the issue and product availability, remedies may include:

  • Repair of the defective product.

  • Replacement with the same model.

  • Replacement with a comparable model of equivalent or greater value.

  • A refund when repair or replacement is unavailable or otherwise appropriate.

Warranty services are subject to the terms outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Products Covered by This Warranty

This limited warranty generally covers eligible Beadexa hearing aids and their original integrated electronic components.

Covered components may include:

  • Internal electronic circuitry

  • Microphones

  • Speakers and receivers

  • Internal amplification components

  • Built-in rechargeable batteries

  • Charging contacts

  • Original charging cases, where supplied with the hearing aids

  • Other original components covered by the applicable product warranty

Coverage applies when a defect results from manufacturing or material issues during normal use.

Accessories and replacement parts sold separately may have different warranty terms, which will be disclosed with the applicable product.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Warranty Duration: 12 Months

To request warranty service, customers must contact Beadexa within the applicable warranty period.

Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.

The warranty period does not restart automatically when a product is repaired or replaced.

Repaired or replacement products will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any additional period required by applicable law.

4. What Is Covered

The Beadexa Limited Warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use.

Examples of potentially covered issues include:

Electronic Malfunctions

Failure of internal electronic components caused by a manufacturing defect.

Charging Problems

Failure of the hearing aid or original charging case to charge properly because of a covered defect.

Microphone or Speaker Failure

Failure of the microphone, receiver, or speaker caused by defective materials or workmanship.

Power-Related Issues

Unexpected power failure or inability to turn on caused by a covered manufacturing defect.

Battery Defects

Failure of an integrated rechargeable battery caused by a manufacturing defect, excluding normal battery capacity reduction through aging and use.

Other Manufacturing Defects

Other verified defects that prevent the hearing aid from operating substantially as described under normal use.

Coverage is determined after reasonable evaluation of the reported issue.

5. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from circumstances unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.

Examples include:

  • Accidental drops, crushing, or physical impact.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

  • Damage caused by improper use or neglect.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications that cause the reported defect.

  • Damage from exposure to liquids beyond the product's stated resistance specifications.

  • Excessive moisture, corrosion, or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by incompatible charging equipment.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Gradual battery capacity reduction from ordinary aging.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.

  • Consumable accessories, such as disposable ear tips, unless defective upon delivery.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, except where warranty or other rights apply under law.

A warranty claim will not be denied solely because a customer used a third-party accessory or obtained independent service, unless the reported defect was caused by that accessory or service.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with your Beadexa hearing aids during the warranty period, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Send an email to:

beadexashop@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase or delivery

  • Product model

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs or videos showing the issue, if reasonably available

Step 2: Initial Product Assessment

Our customer support team will review your request and may provide troubleshooting instructions.

Some issues may be resolved through basic product maintenance, cleaning, charging checks, or adjustment of settings.

Troubleshooting assistance does not eliminate your right to request warranty service for a covered defect.

Step 3: Warranty Evaluation

If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we may request additional information or arrange for the product to be returned for inspection.

We will provide return instructions when a physical inspection is necessary.

Step 4: Warranty Resolution

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by this limited warranty, Beadexa will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or other remedy.

We will communicate the proposed resolution and any necessary shipping arrangements.

7. Warranty Shipping Costs

Beadexa ships customer orders directly from China to eligible addresses in the United States.

For verified warranty claims involving covered manufacturing defects, Beadexa will cover reasonable shipping costs necessary to provide the approved warranty remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Arrange an alternative return method.

  • Request return shipment to a designated service location.

  • Send a replacement without requiring the original product to be returned.

Customers should not ship hearing aids to China or any other location without first receiving return instructions from Beadexa.

For issues determined not to be covered by the warranty, any optional repair or shipping charges will be disclosed before the customer agrees to the service.

8. Repair and Replacement Services

If a covered defect is confirmed, Beadexa may repair the product or provide a replacement.

Replacement products may be new or professionally refurbished where permitted by law and consistent with the applicable warranty obligations.

Any refurbished replacement will be fully functional and comparable in performance to the original product.

If the original model is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement model.

We will not substitute a materially different product without informing the customer.

If an appropriate repair or replacement cannot be provided, a refund or other legally required remedy may be offered.

9. Warranty Service Time

We aim to review warranty inquiries within 2–3 business days after receiving sufficient information.

The time required to complete a warranty claim may vary depending on:

  • The nature of the reported issue

  • Whether additional troubleshooting is required

  • Product inspection requirements

  • Replacement product availability

  • International shipping and logistics conditions

For approved replacements shipped from China, our standard shipping estimates generally apply:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated shipping transit: 7–15 business days

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed throughout the warranty process.

These time frames are estimates and do not override any deadlines required by applicable law.

10. Warranty and the 30-Day Return Policy

The Beadexa 12-Month Limited Warranty is separate from our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Eligible customers may request warranty service for covered manufacturing defects during the 12-month warranty period.

The expiration of the 30-day return period does not automatically eliminate warranty coverage.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete return and refund terms.

11. Proper Product Use and Maintenance

To help maintain product performance and reduce the risk of damage, we recommend that customers:

  • Follow all included user instructions.

  • Clean hearing aids regularly using recommended methods.

  • Keep microphones and sound openings free from excessive debris.

  • Store hearing aids in a clean, dry environment.

  • Use compatible charging accessories.

  • Avoid exposure to excessive heat or moisture.

  • Keep devices and small accessories away from children and pets.

  • Avoid unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Failure to follow product instructions may affect warranty coverage when it causes the reported damage or malfunction.

12. Battery Performance

Rechargeable hearing aids use batteries that naturally lose some capacity over time.

Gradual reduction in battery capacity due to normal aging and use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

However, abnormal battery failure caused by defective materials or workmanship during the warranty period may be covered.

Battery-related claims will be evaluated based on the nature of the reported issue and the applicable warranty terms.

13. Warranty Eligibility and Proof of Purchase

This limited warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly through the official Beadexa website.

Customers may be asked to provide an order number, receipt, or other reasonable proof of purchase.

If proof of purchase is unavailable, we may attempt to verify the transaction using our available order records.

Warranty rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

14. International Fulfillment and Warranty Support

Beadexa operates an international fulfillment model, with products shipped from China to customers in the United States.

Warranty support is available through our customer service email.

Customers should contact Beadexa before returning any product for warranty service.

We will provide the appropriate return destination and instructions based on the nature of the claim.

A product's original shipping address is not necessarily the correct warranty return address.

Our goal is to resolve eligible warranty issues as efficiently as reasonably possible while minimizing unnecessary shipping and inconvenience.

15. Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty provides specific contractual warranty benefits in addition to rights that may be available under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Beadexa's obligations under this limited warranty are limited to the remedies described in this policy.

Any limitation of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages applies only where legally permitted.

Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so such limitations may not apply to you.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Consumer Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

The warranty is provided in addition to applicable federal and state consumer protection rights.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the applicable law will prevail.

17. Changes to This Warranty Policy

Beadexa may update this Warranty Policy to reflect changes in products, service procedures, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes will not retroactively reduce warranty coverage promised for purchases already completed.

The warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
